A beautifully grilled steak finished with rosemary garlic butter that melts right on top. A spray of Spritz Butter on the grill gives that rich buttery sear while keeping it light.

Ingredients
- Spritz Butter cooking spray
- 2 beef steaks (about 250 g each)
- 20 g butter, softened
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Method
- Mash the softened butter with the garlic and half the rosemary, then chill it while you cook.
- Pat the steaks dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Spray the grill pan with one light spray of Spritz Butter and heat until very hot.
- Grill the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium, pressing lightly for clear grill marks.
- Give a quick spray of Spritz Butter and scatter the rest of the rosemary over the steaks in the last minute.
- Rest the steaks for 5 minutes, then top each with a spoon of the rosemary garlic butter and serve.
Cooked lighter with Spritz Butter - one fine spray instead of pouring oil.
