Juicy chicken breasts in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce, with colourful roasted veggies on the side. One light spray of Spritz Original instead of pouring oil keeps everything golden and lighter.

Ingredients

  • Spritz Original cooking spray
  • 2 chicken breasts (about 400 g)
  • 150 g broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 150 ml cooking cream
  • 40 g grated parmesan
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200 C. Spread the broccoli and pepper on a tray, give them one light spray of Spritz Original, season, and roast for 18 to 20 minutes.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Spray a pan with Spritz Original and sear the chicken over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan, give a quick spray of Spritz Original and cook the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in the parmesan until the sauce is smooth.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan, spoon the sauce over it, and let it cook another 3 to 4 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Plate the chicken with the roasted veggies and pour the creamy sauce on top. Serve hot.
