Ingredients
- Spritz Original cooking spray
- 2 large tortillas
- 250 g minced beef
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 40 g shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons burger sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
- Season the minced beef with onion powder, salt, and pepper, and shape into two thin patties.
- Spray a pan with one light spray of Spritz Original and cook the patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Lay a slice of cheddar on each patty and let it melt for 1 minute.
- Spread burger sauce on each tortilla, then add lettuce, tomato, and a cheesy patty.
- Fold the sides in and roll up tightly into a wrap.
- Give the pan a quick spray of Spritz Original and toast each wrap seam-side down for 2 minutes until golden, then slice and serve.
