All the flavour of a cheeseburger rolled up in a crispy wrap, perfect for a quick lunch. One light spray of Spritz Original toasts the wrap golden and seals it without greasy oil.

20 min · Serves 2

Ingredients

  • Spritz Original cooking spray
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 40 g shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons burger sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Season the minced beef with onion powder, salt, and pepper, and shape into two thin patties.
  2. Spray a pan with one light spray of Spritz Original and cook the patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  3. Lay a slice of cheddar on each patty and let it melt for 1 minute.
  4. Spread burger sauce on each tortilla, then add lettuce, tomato, and a cheesy patty.
  5. Fold the sides in and roll up tightly into a wrap.
  6. Give the pan a quick spray of Spritz Original and toast each wrap seam-side down for 2 minutes until golden, then slice and serve.

Cooked lighter with Spritz Original - one fine spray instead of pouring oil.
