Soft, golden banana pancakes that taste like a treat but stay light. A single spray of Spritz Butter gives the pan that buttery flavour without the extra calories.

Ingredients
- Spritz Butter cooking spray
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 120 g flour
- 150 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- A pinch of salt
Method
- In a bowl, mash the bananas well, then whisk in the eggs and milk.
- Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt, and mix into a smooth batter.
- Spray a non-stick pan with one light spray of Spritz Butter and heat over medium.
- Pour a small ladle of batter for each pancake and cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles form on top.
- Flip and cook the other side for another 1 to 2 minutes until golden.
- Re-spray the pan lightly with Spritz Butter between batches, and serve the pancakes warm with honey or fruit.
